Quality Technician

Position Overview:

• Hourly Pay: $25.00
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Assignment Type: Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Proficiency Testing (PT) studies, from data collection to final reporting
• Evaluate laboratory data for accuracy, trends, and potential discrepancies
• Provide technical support to participating labs on logistics, data review, and evaluations
• Maintain SOPs, quality records, and documentation aligned with ISO and TNI standards
• Investigate internal and external quality issues, identify root causes, and assist with resolution
• Support internal audits and implement corrective actions to drive ongoing improvement
• Work cross-functionally to uphold and enhance organizational quality metrics

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mathematics preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a quality, lab, or compliance-focused role
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
