This role will support key financial processes for our brand marketing (brand finance) teams. This person will need to be flexible as the priorities and businesses may adjust based on the needs of the organization . This includes helping to manage budgets, track performance, and analyze key financial metrics that guide decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and operations to ensure financial accuracy and help deliver on business goals. Job Responsibilities: 20% - P&L Management -Assist in managing the brand's P&L, including tracking revenue, trade spend, and profitability. Help prepare forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports 40% - Business Support - Support financial reviews with leadership and cross-functional partners by preparing clear, concise summaries of brand performance, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to gather inputs, align on assumptions, and ensure financial implications are clearly communicated in business discussions. 20% - Ecommerce Support - Provide financial support for e-commerce brands and channels, including tracking key metrics and evaluating future investments and innovation 20% - Financial Oversight - Work with the broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in consumer goods. * Proven experience in full P&L management, cash flow optimization, and strategic financial planning. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP/BPC systems, financial modeling software (AO), Google Suite).
