OVERVIEW: Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating exceptional experiences? As a Campus Candidate Experience Coordinator on the General Mills Talent Acquisition team, you'll be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the campus recruiting process. You'll manage candidate travel, interview scheduling, and on-site sell days, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from application to offer. This role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader Talent Acquisition team. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies to enhance our best-in-class campus recruiting program. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the full-cycle candidate experience for Supply Chain, including communication, interview and sell day scheduling, and pre-employment processes
- Manage the flow of the day and candidate experience during each interview and/or sell day
- Track and report critical candidate flow information using a web-based applicant tracking tool (iCIMS), and other emerging and company supported software programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Campus Teams and internal stakeholders across multiple US locations
- Help with the planning and execution of several on-site events for our internship program and full time hiring process
- Collaborate with Campus Recruiters to contribute to recruiting strategy and execution
- Proactively create and identify process improvements for an amazing candidate experience through communication, touchpoints, and networking
- Cross functional collaboration with all manufacturing plants nationwide
- Provide essential support for the onboarding of interns and full-time Campus hires, including data entry in iCIMS and
- Workday as well as the completion of related onboarding tasks
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior Campus Recruiter
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of administrative experience in a high volume, fast paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to pro-actively manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously (with frequent interruptions) and meet deadlines
- A desire to continuously improve the way we hire, and eager to discover others in the industry who are improving the candidate experience
- Excellent written and communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment regarding handling confidential or sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and willingness to learn new software (e.g., iCIMS, Smartsheet, Workday)
- Must be available for occasional overtime and travel up to 10%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Associates Degree
- Recruiting and/or hiring background
- Event planning experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with iCIMS, Workday or other Recruiting specific software

- This role is based in Minneapolis, MN
- Relocation support will not be offered
- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

The salary range for this position is $45000.00 - $62000.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
