Speech Therapist

Regions Hosptial has an opening available in our outpatient rehab clinic at the HealthPartners Neuroscience Center for a 1.0 FTE. This candidate will provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations with diagnoses of stroke, traumatic brain injury, cancer (including head and neck cancer), and neurodegenerative diseases (including Parkinson's Disease, MS, and dementia). The candidate will use advanced technologies and treatments, providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to enable patients to maximize their functional ability, independence, and participation. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Schedule TBD, however, 4-10-hour days preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Speech Language Pathology board(s) and Minnesota Department of Health.
• CPR Certification (Basic Life Support).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in similar setting/diagnoses
• Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
