Analyst

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Planning will contribute to companywide cross-functional strategies and projects that enable Honda Aircraft Company to make and implement sound business decisions expeditiously. Support manager(s), Corporate Planning Division to complete the following duties & responsibilities:

1. Lead and assist development and implementation of company-wide strategies and projects such as cost reduction initiatives and new business development.
2. Coordinate and work with cross-functional colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts (vendors, prospective business partners, etc.) to drive projects.
3. Support strategy KPI tracking with divisional leaders.
4. Provide detailed analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments in the business jet industry.
5. Occasionally support monthly and quarterly company report creation.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate finance, or a related field.
3. Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus.

1. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
2. Proven track record of multitasking in a fast-paced and often abstract environment.
3. Eye for detail necessary to create professional documents presented to management.
4. Ability to understand the competitive business jet market, corporate requirements, and other necessary information to adapt quickly to changing environments.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint and Excel) is a plus.
