About the Role We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing to support the Brand Marketing team in executing 360 marketing campaigns, product launches, and events. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, maintaining marketing operations, and ensuring flawless execution across a variety of projects. You'll play a key role in keeping initiatives on track and cross-functional partners informed-helping to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Responsibilities
Marketing Operations: Maintain key marketing documents such as campaign briefs, marketing trackers, and content calendars, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across teams. Vendor Coordination: Set up new vendors in the system, process invoices, and track payments to ensure seamless operations and timely execution. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of brand/store events, including coordination of logistics, partner communication, and onsite needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between brand marketing and key internal teams including creative, PR, digital, retail, legal, and merchandising to ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets and deliverables. Communication & Reporting: Track key milestones and proactively communicate updates, next steps, and potential roadblocks to internal and external partners. Provide recaps and financial/ROI updates for events and campaigns.

Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Oriented, Proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Project Management Skills, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and consistent communication.
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for various audiences including internal and external partners, and customers. Prioritize consistent follow up to keep cross-functional and external partners up to date on projects. Interpersonal Skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree required This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office
