Floor Assistant

• Start up and shut down machines, water, air, and material systems in your area
• Set up equipment for production changes, including brand plates and hot stamping machines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and product instructions
• Troubleshoot basic machine and processing issues
• Monitor material usage and ensure machines run to standard cycle times
• Keep workstations stocked and organized (5S)
• Record scrap or performance data as needed
• Review work orders, complete paperwork, and prep for the next shift
• Step in to run machines during breaks or when extra help is needed
• Lead safety initiatives and support continuous improvement

• High school diploma required
• Experience as a team lead in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred but not required
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
