JOB SUMMARY: |
The Regulatory Operations Associate will partner with brand teams to assist in preparing and submitting promotional materials into client submission portals. This associate should have strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; and basic skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: |
Uploads, tag, and link promotional materials into client MLR submission portals such as Veeva Vault and Aprimo. |
Establishes and maintain master tag libraries, portal login sheets, and submission tracker for agency brands. |
Manages reference upload process. |
Ensures client comments are distributed after MLR reviews. |
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Supports multiple brands with oversight, as needed.
- Works in a fast paced, quick turnaround environment.
- Collaborates with teams, departments, and potentially, clients.
- Proactively manages to resolve questions regarding submissions/deadline delivery and managing workload.
- Takes direction: oversight from manager.
- Communication: Provides status of work and time management.
