Location: Remote Department: Lee Memorial Foundation Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/ to Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour SummaryWe are currently seeking an Associate Director of Grants to work with the Lee Health Foundation. This position can be fully remote with travel to our sites to meet with Internal Staff. We are only considering candidates who live locally in Southwest Florida. Some experience with Grant Writing and Managing Grants is essential! We are looking for a go getter who is good with Data Analysis, Meeting Deadlines, and Attention to Detail. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge software is a huge plus! Responsible for researching, evaluating, preparing and submitting grant proposals/applications/reports for funds from foundation, individual, corporate and governmental sources in accordance with designated guidelines and deadlines. The Associate Director of Grants will utilize grant management tracking system to ensure required audits, contracts, reports and related materials are filed in a timely manner. Will work closely with and maintain positive relationships with donors, prospects and funding source representatives as well as internal LHS department representatives to secure and maintain grant dollars. Flexibility is required along with willingness to undertake additional tasks assigned by the Director of Grants. Works in a metrics and goal-driven environment requiring a minimum number of submissions, dollar goals, and works effectively with other members of the Foundation team on identifying, cultivating and stewarding grants. RequirementsEducation:BA or BS (or AA with applicable experience) required. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising, proposal writing, or project management.
