Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Documentation Specialist with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 3+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Support team in consolidating and standardizing existing process documentation Review, reformat, and migrate content from various formats into a consistent, company-approved template Review existing process documentation provided in multiple formats (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.) Migrate and reformat content into a standardized template to ensure consistency across all documents Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to clarify and validate content as needed Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards for structure, language, and formatting Identify and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information in existing documentation Maintain version control and track progress of documentation updates Organize and archive finalized documents in the appropriate repositories or knowledge management systems Provide recommendations for improving documentation practices and templates, if applicable Requirements: Strong documentation skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with business process documentation Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
