Overview:

At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. Paid Media drives a significant portion of our pipeline growth and you'll be at the helm to execute and optimize our next-generation strategy. We're looking for someone data-driven and performance-focused as we continue to scale globally and expand our channels.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels, which may include LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, podcasts, radio, and others. You will manage a large quarterly budget and will oversee campaign planning, ideation, and execution to drive massive impact on the top line of the company.

Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through a wide variety of paid media campaigns that may include channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, Reddit, podcasts, radio, and more.


  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning to execution (i.e. strategizing on what campaigns and ads you will run) to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success.   • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.




Qualifications:

We're seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in digital marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include both agency and in-house B2B experience in: Paid Social, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Social Media Marketing, etc. Experience in content and ads creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on paid customer acquisition is highly preferred.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid customer acquisition (B2B preferred)
  • Strong experience in running campaigns at various stages of the funnel (top, middle, bottom) using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, etc.
  • Proven experience testing, experimenting, and optimizing new channels with a data-driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing and creative teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of Excel preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns end to end, including performance optimization throughout the funnel, lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.

Pay Disclosure

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting base pay may be above or below this range. Base pay is also just one component of Verkada's total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
