The Enterprise Marketing Senior Associate plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support RSM's growth. This role collaborates closely with the Industry Marketing Manager to create awareness, drive demand, and position RSM as a trusted advisor in the marketplace. The ideal candidate brings expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and event/association partnership management, along with a strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. This individual works cross-functionally with Line of Business Marketing, Demand Generation Marketing, Market Development, and RSM's Centers of Excellence to align and execute go-to-market strategies that elevate the firm's brand and fuel business expansion. We would prefer this role be hybrid/close to an office to collaborate in-person with stakeholders as needed.

Essential Duties:

Works closely with the Enterprise Industry Marketing team, and key business leaders to develop and implement a marketing strategy to support the Financial Services Industry

  • Understands the business and strategic priorities, including growth targets
  • Embeds themselves within the business team as a member of their Marketing team
  • Develops and secures buy-in for the marketing strategy (target audiences, value propositions, etc.) to support business growth goals
  • Executes on in-depth go-to-market strategies that span across the entire Financial Services practice
  • Collaborates with Tax, Audit and Consulting marketers to ensure alignment of marketing strategies across service lines and industry
  • Collaborates with Industry Marketing Manager and Natural Work Team on industry web content, association events, marketing collateral, editorial pieces, and content for the Financial Services industry
  • Works in partnership with the Industry Marketing Manager to interface with Demand Generation to provide inputs and guidance related to the translation of the marketing strategy to the demand program strategy
  • Is accountable for key marketing metrics (pipeline, leads, etc.), as well as contributions to reporting processes
  • Demonstrate advanced project management capabilities, critical thinking, and organizational excellence to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives

Other

  • Participates in all appropriate marketing learning and development to build skills and capabilities
  • Participates, as appropriate, in cross-firm projects related to marketing and demand generation capability development and enhancements
  • Engages with various members of the Lines of Business, Industry and Sales teams to help educate teams related to their business
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint skills required
  • Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills required
  • Ability to learn new subject areas quickly required

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of marketing/growth experience in B2B environment required
  • Experience in working within the Financial Services industry is preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise Industry marketing preferred

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Understanding of various marketing channels required
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done required
  • Highly collaborative and able to work within a team to achieve stated goals required
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment preferred

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $77,700 - $128,200

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
