Description

We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to contribute to the efficient operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling statements.

You will also process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, and receipts.

Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and maintain all accounts payable/receivable reports and spreadsheets
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate records and control reports.
  • Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.


Qualifications:



  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Coordinator or similar role.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Hotel experience preferred but not required.
