How you will do it: * Support and cover: Monitor team members' logins, ensure coverage for out-of-office schedulers, and provide assistance, guidance and mentor schedulers as needed. * Customer Satisfaction: Perform call reviews to ensure exceptional service quality, monitor key accounts, and address customer inquiries and escalations. * Drive Performance Excellence: Monitor work queues, conduct quality checks, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members for continuous improvement. * Strategic Participation: Attend meetings with supervisors, participate in strategic discussions, and contribute to the overall direction and success of the team. * Continuous Improvement: Work on special projects as assigned to help drive a better tomorrow for our business. What we are looking for: Required: * A high potential for leadership, passion to achieve results, mentoring and team building. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * The ability to effectively work Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and experience in / ability to learn the Oracle ACE and SEDU CRM systems. * 1+ year of scheduling Fire technicians / inspectors preferred. * Highschool Diploma / GED required. Preferred candidates will have: * 5+ years of experience scheduling technicians / inspectors. * Experience with Electronic Fire and Fire Sprinkler products lines. Reporting structure: * This position reports directly to the Sr Manager of the Fire Schedule and Dispatch team. |
