Job Description

Mid-level welding/fabrication position, Watertown, Wisconsin

* Read and comprehend blueprints.

* Weld GMAW in all position (occasionally stainless).

* Operate machinery to assist in the production process (break press and shear).

* Assemble materials and equipment as required.

* Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.

* Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines.

* Transport raw materials from one place to another

* Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met. * Conduct inspection and quality control of products.

* Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving loads over 50 Lbs. as required.

Job Qualifications

* Experience in GMAW

* 2 years or more experience in a manufacturing welding setting preferred

* Experience with blueprints

* Experience in metal fabrication preferred

* Familiar with production equipment and machinery

* Sharp attention to detail in identifying defects and making quality products

* Self-driven and hardworking

* Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
