About the role:

As a Senior Benefits Analyst you will coordinate daily operations of employee benefit programs (leave of absence, Workers Compensation, disability, ACA). You will also lead data management and reporting and compliance planning for benefit programs and support employee inquiries and education.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Health & Welfare Benefits. This job is hybrid work if near our Cranberry Township, HQ location or remote work schedule in other locations in the US.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee employees LOA's (FMLA, State FML, ADA, Workers Compensation) ensure a high-touch employee-centric approach with a focus on increasing communication and streamlining the Return-to-work program(s).



  • Close the GAP's that exist as these responsibilities are either shared across multiple roles or inconsistently managed, increasing the risk of compliance violations, delayed leave processing and poor manager and employee experience.



  • Ensure legal compliance and reduce organizational risk



  • Single point of accountability for the Leave program



  • Improve employees experience and reduce long-term vacancies and attrition



  • Partner with HR to strengthen Return to work and accommodation programs



  • Develop reporting to identify trends, develop training programs to educate employees and managers. Ad-hoc reporting,



  • Responsible for auditing, and policy enforcement



  • Partner with HR Op, HRBP's and the Business and legal when handling complex and time- consuming leave issues




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience



  • 5+ years' experience supporting employee health & welfare benefit programs



  • Experience with Leave Coordination Programs



  • Experience with Benefits administration platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG, or Benefitfocus)



  • Understanding of Employee benefits laws and compliance requirements



  • CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP or other HR or benefits related certification preferred
