In this role, you will support Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for this growing division, with a focus on financial oversight, global consolidation, and management reporting. You'll also provide analytical support across key areas including:

  • Sales, COGS and SG&A reporting
  • Operating and capital expenditures (Opex and Capex)
  • Risk and opportunity analysis
  • Dashboard building and updating

This position reports to the Director Finance, FP&A, and offers significant exposure to senior leadership, along with strong opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, high energy and development-focused environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in execution of monthly financial close / forecasting / reporting related to sales and gross margin.
  • Drive annual price plan, sales budgeting processes and analysis.
  • Further develop overall FP&A capabilities within the Purolite finance function, including management reporting, gross profit analysis, other key financial insights.
  • Provide ad hoc financial insights and reporting for division leadership.
  • Participate in critical financial modeling and margin optimization workstreams.
  • Partner with Ecolab corporate finance to drive critical reporting needs.
  • Own sales cube maintenance and downstream Power BI reporting development.
  • Maintain, drive global product standard cost analysis.
  • Support additional P&L and Cap Ex FP&A reporting processes as needed.

Position Details:

  • This is a hybrid role based out of the King of Prussia office and requires being onsite 3 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4 years of finance experience including 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A within a global organization
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Prior experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to process improvement while effectively managing current operations during transformational initiatives
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills across business and cross-functional teams
  • High coachability and openness to feedback for continuous development
  • Experience with finance/ERP/BI systems such as Hyperion, SAP, and Power BI
  • Verifiable advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (combo boxes, macros a plus) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to independently manage and complete complex tasks under tight deadlines, with strong organizational and proactive planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with international teams or across multiple countries/divisions
  • Worked in industry-related companies

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
