Schedule & Pay Information

• Monday - Thursday | 3 PM - 1:30 AM
• $18.50 per hour + $1 shift differential
• Overtime available as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of experience/education in tech repair
• Must be able to disassemble and repair/replace loose, worn, or defective components and wiring using hand tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse repair environment
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and quality control
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

• Inspect, test, and diagnose defective electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
• Disassemble, repair, or replace defective parts using hand tools and electronic repair equipment
• Perform triage and quality checks to ensure repairs meet company and OEM standards
• Accurately scan, count, and receive inventory into the warehouse management system
• Follow all repair best practices, safety procedures, and assigned repair protocols
• Use company-specific software systems and repair documentation tools
• Stay current on training modules and repair certifications
