Title: SVP, Corporate Communications

Location: U.S. Remote (East Coast Time Zone Availability Preferred)

Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level communication executive to support the office of the CEO and CAO, who will lead executive, employee, organizational, and transformation communication as well as special projects as assigned.

Excellent writing skills and ability to effectively translate strategy into clear, understandable messages are critical to be successful in this role. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines will prove essential.

The executive will also serve as a critical partner to the Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer to develop communication plans, messaging and materials to ensure successful rollout and understanding among all internal stakeholders.

This leader also will be responsible for and partner with others to ensure internal communication channels, platforms and forums are effective, integrated and achieve measurable outcomes.
This role will also be a key stakeholder in defining, activating and communicating culture transformation in an inspiring and unifying manner.
This is aremote leadership rolethat willbuild and manage a team. You will be responsible formentoring, coaching, and developing talentto support enterprise-wide delivery excellence.

What You'll Be Doing in the Role

Create a Cohesive Enterprise Communication Strategy: Develop an enterprise-wide communications strategy to enable effective collaboration and coordination across the company
Harmonize Communication Candence's and Style: Create the one voice of J.D. Power and ensure messages are cascaded consistently. Create all CEO and CAO communications
Evaluate and Integrate intranet capabilities: Create one intranet and leverage it effectively to promote the culture and sharing of information across the enterprise
Collaborate with the Transformation Office: Support communication and change management related to transformational initiatives, including culture definition and transformation
Develop and Define the future Culture across the Enterprise: Collaborate across the businesses to develop the one J.D. power culture and bring it to life

Qualifications/Experience & Education



  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or related field (MBA or relevant Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate communication roles, especially with direct C-Suite support and rollout of strategic initiatives, reorganization, change management, business and culture transformation, M&A, Total Rewards and other employee-focused programs.
  • Experience managing ESG & Diversity/Inclusion/Belonging programs and reporting is a plus.
  • Deep experience successfully working with cross-functional teams and leading others is essential.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through collaboration.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to translate complex ideas into understandable messages that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven success presenting insights to senior executives and creating executive-ready materials.
