CDL Driver - Residential Route
Location:Shreveport, LA
Pay:$19-20/hour (based on experience)

We're hiring aCDL Driverto run residential garbage routes right here inShreveport. You'll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while puttingsafetyfirst. This isn't just a driving job. It's a chance tobe a part of the community you live in-to show up every day, work with pride, and make a difference people see and appreciate.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Start time: 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• Around45-50 hours a week

• 10+ hour days-overtime available year-round

Pay & Benefits:

• $19-20/hour, based on experience

• Full benefits- medical, dental, and vision

• Paid vacation

• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%

• Weekly pay + consistent overtime

What You'll Need:

• A validClass A or B CDL

• At least1 year of experience driving with your CDL

• A focus onsafety, reliability, andgoodcustomer service
