What We DoFirst American is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our Endpoint team to roll out our custom built agentic title and settlement platform to an internal audience of escrow teams. You will use your deep marketing expertise to hone the positioning and roll out of our core product to an essential audience.

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will work collaboratively with product management, transformation team, operations, and leadership to understand customer needs, user personas, and emerging marketing opportunities to articulate internal and external messaging strategy to increase product adoption and retention.

What You'll Do

Phase 1

  • Hone our value proposition to translate the benefits of our platform into direct benefits that resonate with our audience

  • Collaboratively craft a messaging framework and execute on the developed marketing plan

  • Define, promote and communicate the strategic marketing roadmap for current and future products

Phase 2

  • Actively lead day-to-day decisions and activities related to the product marketing roadmap, priorities, competitive assessment, product positioning, and customer messaging for lender and servicer related products

  • Be the bridge between product and userto track feedback, make adjustments to our roadmap, and own the marketing for new and revised features

  • Develop a product marketing strategy for our settlement platform to guide all of our efforts

  • Create and track launch metrics and adjust strategy for the greatest impact

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience generating and executing on marketing plans that drive product and business impact

  • Strength in data backed, strategic, big-picture thinking; able to establish and track KPIs and use data to impact roadmaps

  • Equal competence in large scale strategic thinking and product marketing execution

  • Ability to communicate strategic plans and progress to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, early-stage product development process, as well as experience integrating research into product and marketing roadmaps

  • Excellent written, verbal, and intercommunication skills, and the capacity to create and effectively roll out large scale strategic initiatives

Ideally, You Will Also Have Experience With:

  • Experience in property technology and the real estate space

  • Expertise in conducting quant /qual research and crafting audience segmentation

Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
