Customer Service Represenatiave

Location:Ash Flat, Arkansas
Pay:$18 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're looking for a reliable, people first problem solver to join our team at Waste Connections. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, answering phones, resolving issues, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking incoming calls and helping customers with service requests, changes, and account updates
• Processing payments and answering billing questions
• Keeping account information accurate and up to date
• Working with drivers, dispatch and other team members to resolve issues efficiently and safely
• Assist with any additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
