Job Title: Investment Operator Shift: Monday-Friday Swing Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Pay Range: $19.00-21.00 + Shift Pay Differential (Hourly, Non-Exempt) PURPOSE: The Investment Operator supports PCC Carson City's precision casting process by producing high-quality ceramic shell molds used in aerospace and industrial applications. Working under general supervision, this role operates manual and robotic equipment to dip and stucco wax pattern assemblies, maintains slurry tanks, and ensures molds meet strict quality standards.
