About the Position: Epic Government Staffing is looking for an Associate IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) Task Order Manager who will be responsible for supporting the operational execution of task orders under federal contract vehicles. This role ensures that task order activities are accurately tracked, communicated, and documented across the organization. The Associate IDIQ Manager serves as a key support partner to the IDIQ and proposal teams, enabling efficient workflows, timely task order responses, and effective coordination across internal departments. What You'll Do:
Support the end-to-end task order process in coordination with IDIQ leadership, including solicitation tracking, proposal development, and post-award execution. Maintain accurate task order records and data across multiple systems and platforms (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Asana). Draft, distribute, and track internal task order communications, including assignments, status updates, deadlines, and deliverable notifications. Assist in the preparation of documentation packages for bid/no-bid decisions, task order proposals, and internal review processes. Generate and disseminate regular reports on task order activities, key deadlines, and status updates to stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings, proposal reviews, and briefings across cross-functional teams. File, archive, and manage compliance documentation in accordance with internal policies and applicable contract requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of task order processes by identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending actionable solutions. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IDIQ and Business Development teams as required.

Two years of relevant experience in government contracting, administrative, or operations support roles. Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.
