ISI's 350 faculty, professional staff and graduate students carry out extraordinary information sciences research at three distinct locations - Marina Del Rey, CA; Arlington, VA; and Waltham, MA. *This position is located in Marina del Rey, CA. This is a 6-month, fixed-term position. * The Space Engineering Research Center (SERC) at ISI is looking for a Programmer Analyst I. The type of work required is mechanical and electrical development of calibration, test and verification ground test modules and sets for projects specifically related to Space applications. This would include CAD design, FEM software analysis, fabrication and assembly abilities, supply chain assessment and identification, hands on assembly abilities for mechanical systems, etc. Knowledge of the space operations environment is required to validate the test and calibration modules support validation of space capable systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICTIONS:
The hourly rate range for this position is $35.10 - $40.00.
