POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in winning new business, management of projects and development of staff in our Cincinnati, OH office. This individual will provide engineering and business leadership, as well as oversight to ensure the successful delivery of work to our customers. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed - both externally and internally. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in the successful management of projects and the development of staff. This individual will provide technical and engineering leadership and is responsible for an elevated level of customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed - both externally and internally. The successful candidate will create a dynamic team environment by mentoring and coaching colleagues and fostering a highly collaborative working environment. This person will actively support the business development process through the writing of proposals and meeting with prospective and current customers, thereby clearly articulating KFI's value proposition and unique differentiators. Salary Range: $130,000 - $163,000. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications, experience, work location, and education. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
