The IT Analyst supports the IT Department and the organization in the administration of the clinical management information system and other enterprise systems. Assist in the purchasing, tracking and management of IT infrastructures, software licensing, IT inventory and consultant contracts. Assist in the preparation of IT Policies and Procedures. Develops reports and distributes to requestors on behalf of Business Intelligence. Administers and maintains disaster recovery personnel information, schedules disaster recovery tests in conjunction with key disaster recovery personnel. Maintains and updates IT Department intranet department page. Assist in the management and maintenance of IT/FHC distribution lists. Administers Technical Support requests for CMIS administration and Product Development; Provides CMIS Scheduling administration and training across the organization; Provide administration support for the purchasing and pharmacy information systems. Support EHR training as required for clinical staff.

Job Roles

*Administers the Clinical Management Information System and/or other systems as needed.

*As member of IT department, supports IT colleagues in all areas (Help Desk, Technical Support, Information Systems, and Training).

*As warranted, visit clients on-site to provide needed support solutions/shadowing.

*Assists in the preparation, presentation and/or coordination of applications training for FHCSD staff.

*Develops processes, procedures, and protocols for the IT department to ensure effective and efficient methods of providing support.

*Enhance, maintain stored procedures (MS SQL) for recurring business intelligence reporting.

*Ensures policies and procedures are reviewed annually for IT Operations.

*Identify, distinguish and prioritize incidents, problems and changes required for the best resolution of client support requests.

*Maintains CLMS, license renewals and maintenance and support contracts.

*Participates in Quality Assurance testing in support of IT Change Management/Release processes. -

*Performs other duties as assigned.

*Provide project management support for new or upgrades to IT data communication, network services and others systems.

*Provides support for intranet development and in-house developed systems (CMIS/EHR)

*Represents the IT Operations on committees and at meetings as appropriate.

*Research problems and technologies in direct support of solving client support requests.

*Serves as liaison between IT and Prenatal Support Services and Care Coordination Services.

*Write documentation and procedures for existing FHCSD data communication, network services and other systems.

*Write documentation on solved problems, procedures, and frequently asked questions.

Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations

*Associate's Degree in Computer or Information Systems related field from two-year college or technical school or 2 years equivalent information systems experience required.

*High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

*Or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge and ability to perform the essential job duties, and which meets any required state or federal certification requirements.

*Traveling between sites and other locations is occasionally required. Must have a valid California driver's license, an automobile, and proof of minimum levels of car insurance as required under California law, although limits of $100,000 are recommended. An acceptable driving record is also required. California law requires all drivers to obtain a valid California driver's license within ten days of establishing residency. Reasonable accommodation may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Mileage and other reimbursement governed by policy.

Experience/Specialized skills (including Language)

*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

*Knowledge of change management procedures and processes

*Knowledge of Internet technologies.

*Must be detail-oriented and committed to provide work of consistently high quality

*Must be self-sufficient, innovative and able to work under minimal direct supervision.

*Proficient in the use of office productivity software and applications

If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
