JOB SUMMARY Experience in marketing and software to spearhead the changes that will disrupt the marketing insight industry? This Expert Product Manager - SaaS to join our team. This is an opportunity to define the future of Marketing and Advertising Technology as you build innovative experiences that will be used by a wide range of customers. As a Expert Product Manager for SaaS products, you will focus on technologies that will help customers discover and engage with complex data models in new and innovative ways. You will harness the power of large language modeling, artificial intelligence and machine learning to help define and build new experiences that make it easier for customers to innovate and grow their business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with data science, engineers, and marketing teams in the development of software products. Identify opportunities with key partners, build business cases to address them, and collaboratively brainstorm product opportunities to deliver those solutions. Communicate priorities, requirements, plans, and project status with key stakeholders throughout the organization. Collaborate with Engineering to plan, build, and launch features; facilitate communication, organization, and task management from concept through launch. Continue to refine priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals and overall product vision. Define success metrics for, measuring and evaluate the impact of product efforts. Proven expertise and success in defining and leading all stages of the product life cycle, including business and product strategy, product development and execution, data architecture and BI, and go-to-market for enterprise, SaaS, and consumer software. Establish high-margin profitable business partnerships and lead product and project management. Support the creation of cutting-edge SaaS driven technology. To support the strategy and execute SaaS technologies and techniques to produce unique, targeted, and personalized experiences. Proven ability to make smart features versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value Experience delivering products in a complex and fast-paced environment using agile processes and experimentation Experience with Machine Learning products Experience with statistical modeling/machine learning Desired experience in using Python, R, Julia, Matlab, or other statistical/machine learning software KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. 2+ years' experience with SaaS applications Partner with key stakeholders to define and track the product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs) Translate customer insights and business strategy into clearly defined product requirements Work closely with Applied Scientists, Engineering teams, and Project Leads in an agile environment to develop and deliver innovative solutions Develop crisp and detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications, design and architecture Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer experience Manage day-to-day cross-functional relations, to ensure the product roadmap and prioritization are understood and implemented effectively Operate with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity. Strong analytical skills, including a command of A/B testing, leveraging data to identify impactful opportunities and drive strategic decisions. Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Innovative thinking and problem solving with the ability to translate business objectives into highly successful, creative consumer products.
