If you're ready to take your career to the next level, Staffmark can help! We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator in Winchester, KY.
This is a temp-to-hire position and a great way to expand your skills.

Pay | $15. 50 per hour

Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM -4:30 PM)

Requirements | High school diploma + 1 year of HR experience + Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software

Human Resources Administrator Essential Tasks:



  • Coordinate temporary staffing, including onboarding, progress evaluations, and recommendations for full-time hire.
  • Maintain temporary personnel records and process timesheets and agency invoices.
  • Handle employment application processing, including background checks.
  • Manage uniform fittings, alterations, and returns with the vendor.
  • Arrange company travel and oversee vehicle maintenance.
  • Support scheduling and documentation for internal meetings.
  • Distribute internal communications (e.g., birthday and holiday cards).
  • Maintain HR bulletin board updates.
  • Track accident/incident reports and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct safety awareness training sessions.
