      | Duties and Responsibilities | Performs all activities relating to the successful leasing of apartments.
        
 
        
 Follow policies and procedures while adhering to all local, state, and federal laws including all laws governing Fair Housing and EthicsQuickly and efficiently respond to phone calls, emails, text inquiriesProvide excellent customer service to our residents, prospects, vendors, and the general publicConduct building tours of our model, properties, vacant units and amenities to prospects in a knowledgeable mannerEnsure all lead inquiries and follow-ups are responded to in a timely mannerLease apartments in accordance to procedures set forth by management; which includes meeting and/or exceeding monthly goalsAccurately enter new lease, renewal, and rental application information - verify all required information and submit to management for approvalGuide applicants through the leasing cycle; ensure all requirements are met prior to resident move-in and accurately collect all needed monies/feesPrepare leases, renewals and all needed addendaMaintain and manage new and existing lease files; complete projects in a timely manner as set forth by managementAssist in move-in / move-out processReceive and enter resident service requestsRespond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly; document and communicate requests to appropriate departmentsConduct follow up phone calls/emails with residents to ensure resident satisfactionAssist with resident programs and retention strategiesShop competitors and complete market surveysEnsure leasing office, model(s), vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards on a daily basisMaintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditionsMaintain confidentiality and ensure all sensitive information received is properly securedOther duties may be assigned as needed

      | Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of sales and customer service experience required. |   
      | Qualifications | 
        
 High-school graduate, College graduate preferredActive/'in good standing' leasing license in the State of Illinois3 years of sales experience or minimum 2 year of multifamily leasing experience requiredSuccessful track record in leasing and/or sales; previous multifamily leasing experience is preferredProficient computer/technical skills in business-related computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Apple products, Google services and Yardi systems experience is preferred
