We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Shop Worker to join our client's growing team in crafting high-end custom wood flooring, stair treads, and architectural wood components. Whether you're experienced in woodworking or eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $15/hr. Key Responsibilities: Operate woodworking tools including table saws, planers, jointers, chop saws, and CNC routers Cut, sand, stain, and finish wood products to meet exact specifications Follow work orders and shop drawings to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist with loading/unloading materials Perform quality control inspections, mix stains, and operate UV finishing systems Package and prepare finished goods for delivery or installation Qualifications: Flooring installation or carpentry experience is strongly desired Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for long periods Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in hot conditions High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior woodworking or finishing experience is a plus, but not required Forklift certification or experience with architectural woodwork is a bonus Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, and more!
