We're hiring a Sales Support Administrator in New Iberia, LA, and we're looking for someone who's organized, resourceful, and eager to be part of a team that values your growth. This full-time opportunity offers a fast-paced environment where your skills will directly support our sales efforts and overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule: 1st shift

Responsibilities:



  • Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFPs, and other sales-related materials within customer-defined deadlines.
  • Ensure proposals align with customer needs, company standards, and negotiated terms.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer data accurately in Salesforce.
  • Support the sales team with Salesforce activities to drive business growth and excellent customer service.
  • Assist other company functions by resolving issues and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction.




Qualifications:



  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education/experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong prioritization skills
