Job Summary

The Associate Director, Demand Generation will lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and trial of ZOLL Itamar's products and services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the North American region to unlock growth, expand market potential, and enhance the profitability of the Itamar portfolio.

The role reports to the Senior Director, North America Commercial Marketing and directly manages the Manager, Demand Generation.

This Associate Director, Demand Generation will develop and implement cohesive and actionable strategies and tactical plans for the company's website, social media campaigns, email marketing programs, and serving as the center of excellence for graphic design and digital brand consistency.

Essential Functions

  • Execution Leader - Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Serve as the digital subject matter expert for the North America commercial marketing team. Manage and mentor the Manager, Demand Generation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Global Marketing teams.

  • Website Content & Capabilities - Own and manage the ZOLL Itamar web presence in North America. Drive web optimization, user experience, and content performance. Ensure alignment with SEO best practices and lead conversion goals.

  • Digital Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across channels (paid search, social, display, email, etc.). Leverage analytics to refine targeting and maximize ROI. Align campaigns with lead-generation objectives and product launches.

  • Branding - Serve as a companywide brand steward to ensure consistency across all channels and assets. Uphold digital brand equity and oversee creative adherence to guidelines. Support the development of campaigns that reinforce the ZOLL Itamar identity and value proposition.

  • Content Planning - Own the digital content calendar in collaboration with Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, and HR / Communications. Prioritize content development to support campaign themes, product messaging, and customer journeys.

  • Lead Conversions - Develop and implement strategies to increase lead capture, nurture, and conversion rates. Collaborate with Inside Sales and CRM teams to ensure quality handoff and follow-up on leads. Track pipeline impact and report conversion metrics.

  • Refining Content & Capabilities - Identify gaps and opportunities to continuously evolve digital content and tools. Champion the use of analytics to improve messaging, CTAs, and channel mix. Partner with commercial teams to ensure sales enablement tools align with digital efforts.

  • Graphic Design Center of Excellence - Lead and manage the creative function for North America marketing. Ensure visual consistency and high-quality design across campaigns and touchpoints. Act as the central resource for digital design and creative development.

  • Digital Marketing - Serve as the go-to expert for digital platforms, tools, and marketing technologies. Oversee marketing automation, analytics platforms, and campaign performance dashboards. Stay current on industry trends, emerging channels, and digital innovations.

  • Marketing Planning & Implementation - Contribute to strategic processes including biweekly commercial reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual marketing planning, and mid-term planning (MTP). Drive the execution of marketing plans aligned with "where to play" and "how to win" strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing tactics.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required

  • 10+ years in Sales & Marketing with strong background in marketing strategy, creative development, and content generation, is required.

  • Digital Marketing: A deep understanding of digital marketing and campaigns to better serve our customers and patients needs and ultimately drive company results.

  • Managing Diverse Teams: Have an established track record to successfully operate in a large organization and experience in leading teams of professionals.

  • Project Management: Ability to plan and tightly lead the scope and life cycle of a workstream while balancing multiple partners.

  • Business Acumen: Strategic and analytical capabilities, and sound business acumen. Business management experience is a plus.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication / presentation skills using different sources of presentation media. Proven track record to communicate effectively with executives and garner high levels of credibility.

  • Creative Development: Hands-on experience creating and executing marketing content. Experience creating impactful marketing initiatives and developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven leadership skills, including decision facilitation, influencing and change management. Project management experience or sales experience a plus.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to convey complex messaging (clinical, operational, & financial) to the Sales representatives and external customers.

  • Capable of leading / collaborating with a cross-functional team.

  • Able to work on multiple projects with challenging priorities.

  • Comfortable speaking with both business people and healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to change.
