A growing and well-established manufacturing company in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First Shift)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do Daily



  • File sales invoices and accounts payable documents
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Make collection calls and support the accounting team as needed
  • Pull work orders or invoices at the request of upper management
  • Scan and organize work order documentation
  • Assist with A/P tasks like matching payments and preparing outgoing checks
  • Support the sales team by uploading product images and descriptions to e-commerce platforms
  • Process A/R payments and invoice sales orders
  • Conduct monthly checks and restocking of First Aid Kits
  • Adapt quickly to changes and perform other office duties as assigned

What We're Looking For



  • 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in accounting support tasks (A/P and A/R) preferred
  • Comfortable with multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities
