Summary:
The Network Administrator is responsible for the stable operation of the computer network. This includes planning,
developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and
communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a
timely and accurate fashion.

Essential Functions:
1. Administers company network system to ensure that the network is running smoothly.
2. Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
3. Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs.
4. Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
5. Administer all networking equipment, hardware and software upgrades.
6. Researches, assesses and implements technology and products that can be used to meet business needs.
7. Perform network design and capacity planning.
8. Perform network performance and security audits.
9. Performs other special projects related to the company computer system.
10. Windows administration.
11. Keeps abreast of current developments in the computer industry through related periodicals and seminars.
12. Provides helpdesk support and on-call technical support from home.
13. Document and monitor internal key controls for compliance with applicable processes, laws and regulations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related program preferred.
Minimum two (2) years' directly related experience. Graduation from high school plus two years of technical/college level
course work in computer science. Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN. Minimum two (2) years' directly related experience.
Experience and Skills Required: At least three years of recent experience that provides the following skills and
abilities:
1. Strong knowledge of networks.
2. Strong knowledge of personal computer and servers.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows.
4. Strong knowledge of Protocols and Bindings.
5. Knowledge of video conferencing.
6. Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
7. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and have good public relations skills.
8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Compensation Salary Range: OTC10 $62,882-$94,350 per year. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(K) match, etc
