St. Ann's Community is currently seeking a marketing representative for the Marketing and Community Relations department located at Cherry Ridge on our Webster campus. The primary purpose of this job is increasing awareness of Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge in the community through specific marketing activities and to be a source of referrals for the other levels of care of St. Ann's Community.

Job Description:
- Greet all visitors pleasantly and professionally while presenting an open positive image.
- Skillfully interview prospects or their representatives to ascertain how Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge will meet their needs.
- Be familiar with the common buyer objections raised by prospects and know how to overcome them.
- Be familiar with and know how to use the various methods of closing to achieve the desired result.
- Follow required procedures in completing all applications and/or contracts for residency.
- Know & be able to explain the following:
- History of the development of Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge.
- Benefits for residing at Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge.
- Health Care Services and benefits of St. Ann's Community, Management structure.
- Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge policies and procedures
- Current residency fee structure and current monthly service fee structure
- Current "hold" policy
- Current occupancy policy of all facilities
- Various types of floor plans, the basic features of each type and availability of units
- Be willing to:
- Transport prospects within reasonable distance to and from the Community Center
- Call on prospects in their homes
- Make evening or weekend appointments if necessary to close a sale
- Inform the VP of Marketing of any sales-related questions or problems that could hinder closing.
- Briefly discuss each prospect with the VP of Marketing prior to the submission of a residency agreement for review.
- Present Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge in a manner deemed appropriate by St. Ann's Marketing Department. - Make group presentations.
- Know the procedures followed in lead fulfillment and lead tracking to process either to the payment of a full reservation deposit or a clear statement of lack of interest.
- Be responsible to generate reports (to include monthly reports on: sales activity, zip code, source code, results and referrals) and know all aspects of the REPS System.
- Keep current and accurate records of all leads and prospects as required using the CRM designated by St. Ann's Community Marketing Department and as deemed necessary to achieve the goals.
- Strive to meet predetermined monthly sales goals, while keeping VP current on activity and any challenges. Specifics are included in overall marketing plan approved by the VP of Marketing
- Interact in a professional, positive and pleasant manner with all staff members of both Sales & Operations (if applicable) and others involved with the Marketing Centralization Group.
- Act professionally and honestly at all times in the representation of Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge.
- Make recommendations to VP of Marketing and Chapel Oaks or Cherry Ridge Executive Director regarding ideas for positive change or improvement in any area in which they are actively involved.
- Participate in St. Ann's Community Marketing Centralization Group.
- Assist with various publications.
- Plan and coordinate special event activities to increase community awareness and sales objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing.
