Job Summary The Sustainable Sourcing Program Manager will partner closely with global and regional Directors and category managers to lead and execute the planning, implementation and adoption of various strategic programs and initiatives to advance supplier sustainability and resiliency for Avient. They will interface with global and regional business leaders as well as the VP for Sustainability and become a true advisor and business partner while developing and driving Avient's Sustainable Sourcing Program and vision. This highly visible role will also focus on other strategic initiatives as we roll out the Sustainability Sourcing Program, such as integration of supplier segmentation into the program. Essential Functions * Develop a comprehensive strategy and deployment plan for Avient's Sustainable Sourcing Program and manage all aspects of the program. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in supplier diversity & sustainability, environmental policy or a related field or Business, Finance, procurement or other business-related area. Additional Qualifications * Ability to translate sustainability issues into goals and metrics and garner excitement and generate interest in the program amongst stakeholders.
