ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. This role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of compensation principles to ensure programs support the company's strategic goals.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE



  • Analyze and administer compensation structures and programs, including base pay, annual incentives, and salary planning processes.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Apply in-depth professional knowledge and judgment to resolve complex compensation issues and support business-aligned pay decisions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation models and tools to support recommendations and program enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver compensation solutions that meet organizational needs while maintaining alignment with policies and best practices.
  • Review and analyze compensation data, identify trends, and prepare summary reports and insights for HR and business leadership.
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles, including system preparation, communications, training, and auditing.
  • Partner with HR Operations to maintain compensation-related system configurations and data integrity.
  • Participate in compensation and salary surveys by preparing and submitting data to survey vendors, analyzing results, and using market data to support benchmarking and pay structure recommendations
  • Assist in the administration of sales incentive plans or other variable pay programs as needed.
  • Monitor and interpret compensation legislation, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Preferred: Contribute to executive compensation projects, including equity analysis, compensation committee support, and proxy preparation.


QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
  • Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.


WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Typically requires at least 8 years of relevant compensation experience
  • Experience supporting executive compensation programs in a public company setting.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary surveys, and market pricing methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and deliver insightful, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; able to work cross-functionally with HR and business teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with compensation management systems and survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, MarketPay) preferred.

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

$106,000 $170,000 USD
