Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by supporting High Touch reps as well as owning your own accounts, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. You will communicate with existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, present product solutions, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with High Touch reps and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone or online platforms.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

  • Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelors degree, or years of experience in lieu of education.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in inside sales, or a similar sales role.

  • Understanding of Unify products is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple relationships.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
