Your Location: Lenexa, KS Job Summary and Purpose: The North America IT Senior System Administrator is responsible for delivering system services across the North America region, ensuring compliance with global standards and practices. Reporting to the Delivery Service Leader for System, this role involves leading the US system projects and roadmap while actively interacting with local users and global IT teams to address IT business and infrastructure topics. Key responsibilities include leadership, project management, proposing solutions for the future and fostering continuous improvement within a high-performing regional team. Additionally, the role involves supervising daily operations, supporting global and local initiatives, and ensuring project delivery aligns with agreed scope, budget, and corporate roadmaps. Physical Requirements: This position typically works in an office environment and as such the requirements are: Sitting for Extended Periods: Often, office jobs require long hours of sitting at a desk. Typing and Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse. Visual Acuity: Ability to read computer screens and printed documents. Hearing Ability: Communicating via phone and video calls, and understanding spoken instructions. Basic Mobility: Moving around the office, which may include walking, bending, and reaching.
