Staffmark is now hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in Blytheville, AR
to join a high-energy industrial facility that keeps operations moving around the clock. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive on solving complex problems, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Pay: $27.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Occasional weekends required

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems
  • Perform mechanical work including bearing and motor swaps, gearbox repairs, and general fabrication
  • Weld and fabricate components as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, loaders, boom lifts, and bobcats
  • Support plant operations, including loading/unloading trucks
  • Work confidently at heights, on ladders, and stairs
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently



What You Bring to the Table:



  • Strong background in industrial maintenance with hands-on experience
  • Skilled in basic electrical work and mechanical repairs
  • Proficient in welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading
  • Familiar with PLCs and burner controls
  • Comfortable using heavy equipment and working in rugged environments
  • Reliable and committed-no absences in the first 90 days is essential
