We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our engineering organization, which specializes in the design of interior furniture, components, systems, processes and trainings. Key Responsibilities: Communicate specialized information effectively to the engineering team. Develop and execute marketing strategies for employee communication, events, and initiatives. Support trainings and continuous improvement classes. Preferred Skills in the following: Lean Six Sigma Content Strategy Technical writing Process communication Visual design User research Preferred Interest: Aerospace Preferred Education Requirements: Actively pursuing a degree in Human-Centered Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors or other related disciplines. Junior or above, preferred. Internship Requirements: Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or above Graduating on or after December 2024. Be able to do work 40 hours per week during the months of August - December 2025. Must be onsite, this is not a remote position. Have reliable transportation. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) and must be listed on resume.
