Job Overview Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as Lead Resident Manager. This second shift leadership role ensures the integrity, philosophy, and standards of our effective rehabilitation program. You'll provide vital supervision and coordination of residential staff and beneficiaries while maintaining a supportive and structured environment for recovery. Pay Rate: $16-17/hr. Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Supervision
- Train, schedule, and supervise Resident Managers
- Enforce house rules and maintain center security
- Lead weekly house meetings
- Conduct new resident orientations and facility tours
- Oversee medication management procedures
- Coordinate leisure activities and programs
Resident Support & Safety
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
- Manage emergency situations according to procedures
- Conduct regular bed checks and safety monitoring
- Supervise work therapy assignments
- Assess and refer spiritual needs to appropriate staff
- Provide safe transportation when needed
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate electronic records and daily reports
- Document incidents and policy violations
- Administer and document drug/alcohol testing
- Participate in professional development training
- Monitor center operations and staffing coverage
- Coordinate with program leadership
Qualifications Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year minimum residential or managerial experience
- Valid Driver's License with ability to qualify for TSA insurance
- Experience in recovery services preferred
