JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Store Manager IV (ASM4) provides direct support to the manager of a Band 4 store in overall store operations in an effort to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service to donors and shoppers. The Assistant Store Manager IV is responsible for the management of a retail store location in the absence of a Store Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
