This opportunity is in the Client Engagement department

The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.

Role Description:

Are you a detail-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into impact? As a Client Engagement Analyst, you'll partner closely with our Client Engagement Managers to elevate the client experience and drive business value. In this mid-level position, you'll serve as a central liaison among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders-ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with strategic goals. You'll analyze client engagement data, identify opportunities for improvement, and create tailored reports and presentations that inform and influence. From onboarding coordination to lifecycle planning and competitor research, your work will directly enhance the way we engage with and support our clients. Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Required Qualifications:



  • 2 or more years of experience in account management, client service, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within insurance, financial services, or with a commercial carrier, broker, or TPA
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective working independently and within a team
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Canva experience
  • Insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM, APA, CLCS, AINS, AIS)

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
