Job Description Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is looking for an experienced nurse manager to train new nurses and supervise existing staff. The nurse manager sets the standard of care in a healthcare facility, manages assigned funds for the department, and responds to complaints from patients. To be successful as a nurse manager you must have patience when training new staff. Under the supervision of the Clinic Director and guidance of the Nursing Manager provides operational management of the nursing services at the Logan Heights Family Health Center in support to all physicians and providers in order to maximize access for patients and facilitate the delivery of prompt, quality health care. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits. $114,400.00 - $146,441.67If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
