Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer / Manager for a
direct hire leadership role at a well-established manufacturing facility in the Selma/Muncie area. This is a confidential search for a company preparing for a key leadership transition and looking for someone ready to take ownership of machining operations.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000/year (Confidential - not publicly posted)

Responsibilities:



  • Program CNC equipment (including lathes, mills, live tool lathes, and 5-axis mills) using CAD/CAM software
  • Design and implement custom fixtures and work-holding solutions
  • Supervise, guide, and support a team of CNC machinists and operators
  • Oversee machining of aluminum, iron, and steel castings
  • Optimize processes to improve cycle time, accuracy, and repeatability
  • Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
  • Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the facility



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience (live tooling and 5-axis required)
  • Proficient with CAD/CAM software such as SmartCAM, Mastercam, or Fusion 360
  • Experience in fixture design and blueprint interpretation
  • Strong leadership capabilities or prior supervisory experience
  • Hands-on experience with aluminum castings and machining
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or degree preferred)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
