- Estimated annual base pay: $62,800 (minimum) - $78,500 (midpoint) - $94,200 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Senior Production Planner, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Under the direction of Operations/Materials Group, the Planner creates, reviews and maintains valid plans of material and/or capacity to meet customer demand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plans, schedules and manages interplant orders, work orders and shipment documentation as required.
- Participates in capacity review meetings with internal and external suppliers.
- Actively works to balance manufacturing capacity with the demands from A&T.
- Actively works on reducing inventory/lead times, support production improvements, and efficiencies.
- Participates and works with IT groups to test changes and updates in MRP system.
- Leads/Participates CI/Lean projects.
- Mentors/trains level 1 Material Planners and internal/external suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) required.
- 5+ years' experience as a planner required.
- Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred.
- APICS (Association of Production and Inventory Control society), or other preferred.
- Greenbelt certification preferred.
- Expert knowledge of lot sizing, material planning and production scheduling.
- Expert knowledge of Woodward replenishment programs. Ability to set up internal and external programs with production and customers.
- Expert knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII).
- Expert knowledge of planning functions/roles.
