Join Our Community: Per Diem Infectious Diseases Physician Opportunity in Northampton, MA
Mass General Brigham is currently seeking a per diemBoard-Certifiedor Board-eligible Infectious Disease Specialist to join our employed multispecialty group. Our current team of infectious disease (ID) physicians sees both inpatients and outpatients with a variety of medical conditions including HIV, tick-borne diseases, cancer-related complications, and occasional tropical and travel-related diseases. While the practice is based out of a community hospital, we offer modern therapies such as fecal microbial transplantation. HIV care supported by a local HIV support organization with Ryan White funding. This role would provide specifically weekend coverage that would be comprised of on site inpatient coverage as well as a call component to support the hospital and ambulatory practice. Our ID team currently consists of two physicians and a nurse practitioner. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused and have a demonstrated track record of providing compassionate and expert health care.
