Responsibilities:

This IT internship focuses on supporting data-related projects through analytics, process mapping, and data cleaning.The intern will assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization, while also contributing to process improvement efforts.The role involves working with multiple data sources, using SAP, PowerBI, and collaborating with other teams to ensure data consistency and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Data Management: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis using tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Data Visualization: Support the creation of dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Process Mapping: Assist in documenting and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Data Cleanup: Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors to ensure data quality.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure data consistency.
• Automation: Support the development and implementation of automated processes to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Reporting: Regularly report on progress to management, providing updates on data integration, automation, and insights.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited program.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel, and any analytical and visualization tools.
• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Data Management:Understanding of data integrity, consistency, and data quality concepts.
• Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Process Mapping:Knowledge of process mapping techniques and tools.
• Data Visualization:Experience with creating reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
